SafePath Initiative
Built for Responders · Human connection first

When you’re at the end of your rope.

When suicide feels like the only option and calling 911 feels impossible, reaching someone can feel like the hardest step of all. That is the moment ECHO is being built to address.

Wait; You have another option.

ECHO’s mission is responder-built, high-acuity stabilization: human connection, a coordinated response, and a path toward appropriate help and continuity.

Code Echo is currently unavailable. This page explains the intended pathway and lists support options you can use today. Visiting this page does not activate ECHO or connect you to an ECHO team.

Responder crisis line

Call 407-494-4778 for a human connection. This is a direct phone line; an immediate answer is not guaranteed. If it is unanswered, use 988. For immediate danger, call 911.

Calling this line does not activate Code Echo.

What ECHO is being built to do.

Echo Protocol is the stabilization framework. Code Echo is its deliberate activation, once an authorized team is available and accepts responsibility. These are intended functions, not services currently offered by this page.

01 · CONNECTION

Reach a person.

The intended entry starts with human connection and clear options. You should not have to tell your entire story to ask for help.

02 · STABILIZATION

Coordinate the next safe step.

An accepted ECHO response would coordinate support within its authorized scope. Emergency or clinical care takes priority when safety requires it.

03 · CONTINUITY

Keep the connection.

Mentor is the intended post-stabilization continuity branch. A handoff must be accepted; clicking a link or ending a conversation does not establish that transfer.

Clear boundaries. No bullshit.

ECHO’s intended peer-supported pathway is not therapy, clinical intake, or a replacement for emergency care. Peers do not diagnose or take clinical control.

An unavailable pathway cannot promise a response, transport, a stabilization location, or a handoff. Any future activation requires confirmed readiness, authority, and human acceptance.

Privacy has real limits.

Reading this page requires no account. That does not guarantee anonymity: servers and external services may process connection information.

A phone call may reveal your phone number. Email reveals your email address. External support services have their own privacy rules and safety obligations; review those before sharing information.

If you are concerned about identity exposure, a VPN provider you trust may help mask your IP address. It cannot guarantee anonymity or hide information you voluntarily share. A VPN is optional.

No blanket promise of secrecy, legal protection, or freedom from emergency intervention is made here.
