This space is designed for Responders. You do not need to disclose your employer, role or employment status to use these information and resource links.
These links do not enroll you in a SafePath program or establish an active peer-support assignment.
Use a nickname that does not identify you. Avoid names, agency or employer details, patient information and details that could identify a call or another person.
Respect other participants. Do not pressure anyone to share, diagnose them or repost their messages. Raw language does not excuse harassment or exposing someone’s identity.
The room is for conversation. Do not rely on it for an immediate crisis response. A participant or moderator may not be present; if nobody answers and you need crisis support, use the 988 options above. For immediate danger or a medical emergency, call 911.
If someone harasses you or asks for identifying information, you can leave. For a non-urgent concern, contact the site administrator without including sensitive chat contents. Email is not monitored as an emergency channel; an immediate reply or removal of messages is not guaranteed.
No account does not guarantee anonymity. Chat providers may process connection information; calls or texts may reveal your phone number. Chat-room messages may be visible to other participants. Staffed response and confidentiality are not guaranteed for the responder room.

The absolute conditions of SafePath.
Engage without unnecessary identity exposure. Identity protection must be clear about actual safety, legal, and operational limits.
You are a Responder, never reduced to a case, number, diagnosis, or a patient.
Retain meaningful choice, pace, and control wherever safely possible. Any actual safety, legal, or clinical limits must be explained clearly.
Human connection must continue across each phase, with accepted handoffs and no abandonment.
Be honest about what is available, how it works, and the limits of privacy and protection.
SafePath support must not depend on personal payment, earning help, proving worthiness, surrendering dignity or autonomy, or accepting an obligation in return.
